Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) on SAP ECC.
- Strong understanding of Peppol e-invoicing standards (UBL / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0).
- Experience configuring inbound invoice mapping (structured XML to SAP/VIM fields).
- Familiarity with PO and non-PO invoice workflows in SAP.
- SAP ECC financial/procurement module knowledge (FI/MM integration points).
- Ability to produce clear, client-facing technical documentation.
- Based in the EU and able to work within EU time zones.
- Prior exposure to French and/or Belgian e-invoicing compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience with multi-country VIM rollouts is a plus.
- Familiarity with KSEF (Poland) or other national e-invoicing platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess existing OpenText VIM 7.6 SP29 configuration on SAP ECC.
- Define and build field mapping between incoming Peppol (UBL) invoice data and VIM fields.
- Configure VIM to process both PO-based and non-PO invoices for French and Belgian entities.
- Ensure compliance with France's e-invoicing mandate (UBL/Peppol BIS format).
- Support integration touchpoints with the Logic conversion platform.
- Conduct testing in sandbox/non-production environments before go-live.
- Produce technical documentation of configuration and mapping logic.
- Participate in scoping workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
