Requirements
- JD from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active bar license in the State of California.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities including discovery and trial.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and litigation strategies.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
- Manage full case handling responsibilities including all facets of discovery.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with firm clients.
- Engage in routine client communications and team-based collaboration.
