Requirements
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience, including experience acting as a technical lead, architect, or owner of significant product areas.
- Strong experience designing, building, and scaling distributed systems in production environments.
- Advanced programming experience with languages such as Go, Python, or other modern backend technologies.
- Proven ability to define technical direction, lead complex projects, and deliver high-impact engineering outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building or scaling AI-powered systems, involving large language models, autonomous agents, or retrieval-augmented systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, reliability, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to connect technical decisions with business impact and customer value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of your team’s product area.
- Lead complex technical decisions and resolve ambiguous, high-impact challenges.
- Design and build advanced AI-powered systems including agent-based workflows, LLM integrations, and RAG solutions.
- Drive the development of reliable, production-grade distributed systems with a focus on scalability.
- Establish engineering standards, architectural patterns, and AI-focused development practices.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with product and design teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver customer value.
