Requirements
- U.S. Citizen.
- Eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
- Strong track record with relational data systems (schema design, migration, performance tuning).
- Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL and legacy database logic.
- Professional fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and CI/CD fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Decompose complex data and business problems into specifications for AI agents.
- Design and maintain a repeatable migration pipeline from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
- Implement automated reconciliation machinery including checksums and financial control totals.
- Conduct legacy archaeology by interrogating PL/SQL packages and triggers.
- Develop transactional schemas using Prisma and design CDC workflows.
- Build vertical slices of capability including React admin UIs and Node.js API endpoints.
- Maintain a human-review process for all agent-generated code to ensure compliance with federal standards.
