Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience (backend focus)
- Strong proficiency in backend development, preferably in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with containers and API design
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing
- Proficiency in English
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into production applications
- Ability to design effective prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features including intelligent search, travel recommendations, and document processing
- Engineer effective prompts and prompt chains for travel-related use cases
- Build RAG systems for intelligent content retrieval
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and containerised deployments
- Monitor application performance and respond to incidents
- Collaborate in agile/Scrum squads and mentor peers
