Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
- Currently licensed in CA with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
- Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
- Utilize specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care.
