Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited school.
- 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.

- Customer-first, outgoing attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfort conducting daily tasks on the phone or computer.
- Ease and savviness utilizing Microsoft office products and various software.
- Must provide high speed internet connection.
- Must have a quiet work environment to take and make phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients.
- Serve as the new patient scheduling liaison for 16 clinics across the Chicagoland area and 20+ states virtually for telehealth visits.
- Manage and schedule new patient appointments.
- Respond promptly to new patient inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide support to clinics for scheduling, insurance collection, and billing related questions.
