- Experience handling asbestos or occupational disease litigation.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Strong academic background.
- Proven skills in legal research.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
- LLM in Maritime Law (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Manage maritime litigation assignments with minimal supervision.
- Handle asbestos or occupational disease litigation cases.
- Contribute as a team player to firm caseloads.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents.
- Provide persuasive speaking and advocacy in legal proceedings.
