Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience.
  • Proven experience as a new-logo hunter with consistent outbound prospecting.
  • Experience managing short sales cycles in high-volume environments.
  • Experience selling to small business owners in construction, restaurant, or service industries.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks independently within a territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events, and partner leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to first payroll run, including discovery, demos, and closing.
  • Build and cultivate referral partnerships with CPAs, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and banks.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate deal-stage tracking, and weekly sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
  • Share field insights to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
