Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience.
- Proven experience as a new-logo hunter with consistent outbound prospecting.
- Experience managing short sales cycles in high-volume environments.
- Experience selling to small business owners in construction, restaurant, or service industries.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute tasks independently within a territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events, and partner leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to first payroll run, including discovery, demos, and closing.
- Build and cultivate referral partnerships with CPAs, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and banks.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate deal-stage tracking, and weekly sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Share field insights to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
