- Experience in creating and implementing scalable, enterprise-level systems.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with OWASP.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts.
- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to iterate on solutions that drive client success.
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor others through Communities of Practice or on project teams.
- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization to deployment.
