Requirements
- 2+ years in a manual QA or testing role on web or mobile products.
- Detail-oriented mindset capable of identifying complex edge cases.
- Ability to build accurate mental models of complex systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills for producing high-quality, documented work.
- Capable of working independently in a remote, async-first environment.
- Clear written English communication skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks within a small team.
- Experience testing native iOS and Android apps (preferred).
- Experience testing data integrations, pipelines, or automated workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Intercom, or TestRail (preferred).
- Experience testing payment, subscription, or billing flows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases across web, iOS, and Android.
- Test complex internal systems end-to-end including email automation, CRM data pipelines, and property syncs.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports for engineering teams.
- Run regression testing ahead of releases and feature rollouts.
- Build a deep working knowledge of the product across devices and OS versions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify expected behavior and catch issues early.
- Help shape and improve the QA process.
