Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Python and Rust backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Proven experience building low-latency, high-performance distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Understanding of system reliability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified interface for Fast Trading platforms, including VATP and other trading tools.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python and Rust.
- Build a consolidated integration layer to simplify communication between multiple trading systems.
- Analyze existing interfaces and identify performance, stability, and security bottlenecks.
- Design standardized APIs to improve interoperability across systems.
- Optimize applications for low latency and high throughput in high-performance trading environments.
- Validate system performance, resilience, and cross-platform integration.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and operational risk requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
