Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience taking products to production and managing their maintenance, scaling, and upgrades.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent independent development history).
- Proficiency in common web technologies.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn TypeScript, GCS, and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in payments, crypto, web3, or fintech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle for long-term systems supporting customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop product readiness documents and implement feature solutions.
- Integrate external services including KYC, AML, foreign exchange APIs, and banking aggregators.
- Expose core functionalities such as web3, crypto, and banking to end users via API.
- Research and resolve high-priority production issues to maintain service availability.
- Write scalable, stable, and traceable code with a focus on system resilience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and client-facing use.
- Maintain persistent test environments, sandboxes, and comprehensive unit/integration tests.
