Requirements

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.
Preferably reside in the state of California.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Doctors' deposition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a docket of cases through to resolution.
Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
Handle invoicing for depositions.
Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiation to move matters toward resolution.
Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls.
Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.
