Requirements

  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably reside in the state of California.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Doctors' deposition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a docket of cases through to resolution.
  • Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
  • Handle invoicing for depositions.
  • Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiation to move matters toward resolution.
  • Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
  • Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.
