- For Web3 path: 3+ years of expertise in Ethereum/Web3.js/Ethers.js/Wagmi/Viem.
- For Solana path: 2+ years of expertise in Solana and smart contract development.
- Experience with React and Node.js for Web3 roles (minimum 2 commercial projects).
- Advanced English proficiency for business discussions and client calls.
- Strong self-organizational skills to work remotely without supervision.
- High level of reliability and ability to adapt quickly to new projects.
Responsibilities
- Create projects from scratch and apply deep understanding of application architecture.
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss business tasks and technical decisions.
- Onboard promptly to new projects and deliver results quickly.
- Work independently as a remote team member without micromanagement.
