Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience diving into complex backend code.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Devin.
- Proven experience writing effective agent documentation, custom instructions, or context files.
- Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure used by other engineers.
- Ability to work across the stack, including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, internal tooling, and application code.
- Familiarity with building or contributing to MCP servers or similar agent-tooling integrations.
- Background in developer productivity, platform engineering, or developer experience.
- Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript monorepos, Go, and GraphQL.
- Experience setting up sandboxed or containerized development environments at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic development environment by ensuring agents operate in independent cloud-based development environments.
- Build MCP server integrations connecting agents to systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github.
- Manage repository-wide agent documentation and guidance to ensure consistent and effective agent usage.
- Enable engineers by identifying AI struggle points and addressing them through improved documentation and tooling.
- Develop tooling to allow non-engineers to make simple visual updates to the application.
- Serve as an internal product manager for AI agents to drive productivity improvements across the organization.
