Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#, F#, C++, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience owning the full development cycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Experience debugging production software and tracing root causes across multiple components.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Experience with cloud-native development or SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise software or complex application domains (preferred).
- Experience mentoring junior engineers (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end from requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, and delivery.
- Break complex specifications into concrete tasks with realistic schedules.
- Identify and fix weaknesses in the codebase, test coverage, and development process.
- Investigate and resolve production defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Apply secure coding practices and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and libraries.
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing and technical guidance.
