Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in RPA development, systems analysis, or automation engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of programming logic and backend development using Java, NodeJS, or Python
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (especially UiPath), including bot development and orchestration
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and automation lifecycle methodologies (CoE practices)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration techniques
- Experience using version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and document business processes suitable for automation, identifying improvement opportunities
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical automation specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots using industry-standard tools (such as UiPath)
- Implement integrations between systems using RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange across platforms
- Support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions
- Apply RPA methodologies and CoE (Center of Excellence) standards to ensure governance and quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring stability and performance under production conditions
