Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, NLP, or Machine Learning.
- Alternatively, an MS with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Solid engineering fundamentals with proficiency in clean, tested Python code.
- Experience with graph databases or query languages (e.g., Neo4j, SPARQL, Cypher).
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and evaluate ML models using appropriate metrics.
- Track record of translating research prototypes into reliable production systems.
- Strong understanding of operational ML concepts like monitoring, data drift, and latency.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership of end-to-end research and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement entity resolution and ontology population within graph schemas.
- Write and optimize queries for graph traversal and feature extraction.
- Build pipelines to extract structured knowledge from conversational and document data.
- Implement graph traversal logic to drive deal risk and next-best-action recommendations.
- Train and evaluate link prediction and node classification models using graph embedding methods.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models and pipelines into production.
