Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience building and deploying production applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Based in India.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Strong understanding of Git, GitHub workflows, and Docker-based development environments.
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to write production-ready code.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and clean coding practices.
- Experience with ReactJS or React Native is a strong advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Experience working in collaborative, remote, or distributed engineering teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, secure, efficient, and maintainable Ruby on Rails code for production-grade applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Review code written by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy applications and ensure smooth release cycles across environments.
- Contribute to improving internal documentation and engineering knowledge bases.
- Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
