Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 11+ years of professional experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data engineering.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI.
- Strong background designing AI/ML architectures on cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and real-world model deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and foundation model applications.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI techniques including RAG, GANs, and prompt optimization.
- Strong architectural decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into scalable AI and machine learning architectures.
- Design and oversee end-to-end AI/ML solutions using cloud-native platforms and big data technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and recommend optimal technologies and design patterns.
- Develop technical designs, documentation, and proofs of concepts to guide engineering teams.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and Generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG techniques.
- Review code, perform root cause analysis, and mentor developers on AI/ML best practices.
- Promote responsible AI practices and MLOps initiatives.
