Job Details

Strong experience in backend engineering, with 6+ years working on scalable and distributed systems.
Advanced proficiency in Scala, Java, or Python, including knowledge of both imperative and functional programming paradigms.
Proven experience with high-performance, high-traffic systems operating at global scale.
Deep understanding of search technologies such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, including services like EKS and infrastructure automation tools.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
Fluent English communication skills for working in international environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to work on complex, mission-critical systems.

Develop and maintain robust backend systems that are resilient, scalable, and capable of handling high traffic workloads.
Design, implement, and operate end-to-end distributed solutions supporting search and content platforms.
Build and optimize systems using backend technologies such as Scala, Java, or Python for performance and reliability.
Manage search infrastructure using platforms like OpenSearch and Elasticsearch.
Implement cloud-based solutions and automation using Amazon Web Services services such as EKS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, safe, and automated software delivery.
Apply security best practices for access control, data ingestion, and system integrity across services.
Support data migration, backup, and recovery strategies to ensure system resilience and continuity.
