- Experience with database technologies including Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse.
- Ability to work in a high-agency, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working with AI-driven development workflows and coding agents.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal specs.
Responsibilities
- Ship features, fixes, and improvements to enhance the product.
- Collaborate with founders, customers, and teammates to identify and solve high-priority problems.
- Guide AI agents to develop and launch working software.
- Review pull requests and provide architectural feedback.
- Plan individual projects and address automated review feedback proactively.
- Engage directly with customers to solve problems and present demos.
