Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Geospatial Data Analyst supporting business stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS, Prospect, Paces, or similar GIS tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers.
- Strong track record of independently solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven initiative in improving processes, products, or services.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to identify root causes.
- Eagerness to understand business operations for informed decision-making.
- Ability to work night shift to support US Eastern/Central timezones.
- Equipped with necessary work-from-home setup (laptop, headset).
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for, prioritize, deliver, maintain, and improve maps, layers, and dashboards as a product manager.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for GIS data to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain data documentation and manage tickets for data engineering teams.
- Promote data literacy and self-service capabilities among stakeholders through training and support.
- Collaborate within a centralized data team using agile methodologies including peer code reviews.
- Partner with data engineers and scientists to shape the platform roadmap and define annual OKRs.
