Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS Account Executive experience with verifiable quota attainment.
  • Fluency with structured sales frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, or ECIR.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-velocity environments managing 10–15+ meetings per month.
  • Experience working with named accounts and ABM strategies.
  • Track record of consistent performance (90–110% attainment across years).
  • Strong discovery skills and pipeline hygiene.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Background in ed-tech or HR-tech is strongly preferred.
  • Pipedrive experience is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of target accounts and conduct research to identify buying signals and multi-thread stakeholders.
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach including calls, email, LinkedIn, and video campaigns.
  • Run full sales cycles end-to-end including discovery, qualification, demos, objection handling, and closing.
  • Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and conversion while maintaining a clean, up-to-date CRM.
  • Operate in a high-velocity environment with 80+ activities per day.
  • Utilize AI-assisted sales tools to improve speed, insight, and execution.
  • Contribute to team culture through sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
