Requirements
- 8–15+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions).
- Experience integrating Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Proficiency with SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Salesforce Application or System Architect Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Email Specialist Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Loyalty Management Certification/Accreditation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions.
- Design and configure loyalty programs including membership, tier structures, rewards, and promotions.
- Implement personalized customer engagement journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Architect integrations between Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service/Commerce/Data Clouds, and third-party apps.
- Define scalable solution architecture, integration patterns, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Guide development teams, perform solution reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support deployment planning, testing, production releases, and post-implementation optimization.
