Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of work experience as a data scientist or AI engineer.
- Strong Python proficiency for production-grade services.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and foundation models such as GPT, Claude, or Llama.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, DSPy, or AutoGen.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Expertise in model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with tool orchestration, function calling, and JSON schemas.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and ETL processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs, memory, and planning frameworks.
- Implement multi-agent and single-agent workflows for autonomous task execution and orchestration.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, and advanced retrieval techniques.
- Fine-tune foundation models using techniques like LoRA and adapters for domain-specific tasks.
- Define evaluation frameworks and monitoring for latency, cost, and grounding.
- Deploy agentic systems into production using cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal AI standards.
