Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or operations role.
- Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or clinical organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in an HRIS, ideally Workday, with experience executing business processes and maintaining data accuracy.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation in an HR context is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless, engaging new hire experience for our clinical population, coordinating closely with cross-functional partners.
- Deliver and refresh the New Hire Orientation (NHO) presentation, ensuring it reflects current programs, culture, and resources.
- Own pre-hire and post-hire task execution, including WorkRamp onboarding, I-9 processes, and background check monitoring.
- Execute Workday business processes with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, managers, clinical leads, and HRBPs for HR inquiries and system guidance.
- Execute structured, compliant offboarding processes, ensuring data integrity and system deactivations.
- Administer compliance training assignments and maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volume.
