Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience across frontend and backend.
- Proficiency with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of at least one relational database system (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience implementing the test pyramid (unit, integration, e2e tests).
- Ability to engage in software design and architecture discussions.
- Strong security practices and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written & spoken).
- Sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively across teams (Product, Design, QA).
- Available in the afternoons for collaboration with multinational teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Customer Portal (frontend) and Backend-For-Frontend layer.
- Act as the go-to person for frontend within the mobile-focused team.
- Partner with QA and Design to deliver user-facing features.
- Maintain databases and APIs for real-time automated decision-making.
- Deploy software using Kubernetes clusters and Lambda functions.
- Investigate and resolve production issues to minimize user impact.
- Implement automated test suites to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Senior Engineers, and Architects on business requirements.
