Requirements
- Strong experience in backend development for high-availability, high-scale systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as PHP, Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including security, performance, and observability.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using PHP, Go, or other backend languages.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of distributed systems and microservices-based platforms.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance across backend applications.
- Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and support knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Build and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to incident resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve engineering processes and standards.
