Requirements
- Strong experience as a FullStack Developer working with React, JavaScript (ES6+), Java, and Spring Boot in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of REST API development, object-oriented programming, clean code principles, SOLID, and software design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle), including SQL writing, data modeling, and ORM tools like JPA or Hibernate.
- Proven ability to work with testing frameworks, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues, interpret logs, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, organization, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications using React and Java/Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate internal and external systems.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Analyze production logs and metrics to troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
