Requirements
- Proven experience with backend development using Python.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Node.js and Golang is a plus.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing tools such as Kafka is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on scalability, performance, and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Django), Node.js (NestJS), and Golang.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Participate in architectural decisions regarding microservices-based systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Implement automated testing strategies and monitoring solutions for system stability.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless system integration.
