Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Interest in developing a career as a Scrum Master and agile transformation agent.
- Collaborative and organized profile with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Certifications or courses in Scrum, Kanban, or agile methodologies are desirable.
- Knowledge of software development and delivery cycles is considered a differential.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to ensure process fluidity.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog organization, prioritization, and refinement.
- Monitor agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and burndown to support continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration, communication, and self-organization among team members.
- Disseminate agile culture through training and internal process evolution initiatives.
- Prepare reports and indicators to optimize area routines and processes.
