- Strong understanding of motion design and short-form video optimization.
- Deep knowledge of social media behavior and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience presenting creative work to senior marketing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative leadership across multiple client accounts by guiding concepts and reviewing design and motion outputs.
- Oversee and elevate the quality of all creative deliverables ensuring consistency and performance focus.
- Remain hands-on in design and execution of static, motion, and campaign assets across digital channels.
- Mentor and coach designers of varying experience levels through structured feedback.
- Help define and improve creative systems, workflows, and standards.
- Partner with strategy and account teams to translate insights into compelling creative concepts and content frameworks.
- Stay ahead of social media, design, and AI-driven creative trends.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and new business efforts.
