Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting PTP and MM.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or operations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including purchasing, inventory, and invoice verification.
- Experience developing functional specifications for custom SAP enhancements.
- Experience supporting testing, production support, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional presence.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PTP and MM functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configurations.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, and invoice verification.
- Configure procurement structures such as purchasing organizations, plants, and storage locations.
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Partner with technical teams to support system enhancements and integrations.
- Perform unit, SIT, and UAT testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Support data migration activities for master and transactional data.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release planning.
