Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience working at scale.
- Expert-level skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (AngularJS and React experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of building high-performance, world-class product experiences.
- Deep experience with design systems and authoring/maintaining shared components.
- Strong background in high-performance, low-latency frontend delivery using CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare, Fastly) including bundle chunking.
- Hands-on experience with web bundlers like Esbuild, Webpack, or Vite.
- Experience with frontend analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong background in API design, end-to-end testing (Playwright is a plus), and CI/CD practices (e.g., AWS CodeDeploy, Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead complex implementations autonomously.
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in Pakistan and able to work 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Lead the selection of forward-looking frontend stack and manage iterative migration from legacy architecture.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend solutions including low-latency CDN delivery.
- Mentor engineers on best practices, design systems, component architecture, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team on shared components and reliable user experiences.
- Partner with founders and product managers to align frontend development with product priorities.
- Utilize AI agents to drive feature development and increase team productivity.
