Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Senior Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Recent hands-on expertise delivering enterprise data solutions using Databricks.
- Strong expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience designing end-to-end analytics platforms, ETL pipelines, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or Scala.
- Advanced SQL development and optimization skills.
- Experience building AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation planning for consulting and pre-sales engagements.
- Develop and oversee end-to-end data engineering solutions for analytics, BI, and AI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical demonstrations and explain architectural value.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Optimize data integration strategies and ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and security.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
