Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in automation systems within enterprise, mission-critical, high-availability environments.
- Strong experience in application server infrastructure and operational support.
- Hands-on expertise in scripting and automation for deployment, maintenance, and system optimization.
- Experience with configuration management and IT infrastructure change control processes.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification (or equivalent training, minimum 12 hours) required.
- Certification or training in Red Hat JBoss Administration (RHCJA or equivalent) required or highly valued.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification (or equivalent training, minimum 15 hours) required or highly valued.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Experience monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and driving technical improvements.
- Knowledge of security policies, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardening practices.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain clear operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts, tools, and processes to streamline deployment, maintenance, recovery, and scalability activities.
- Improve infrastructure architecture by defining and implementing strategies for high availability, load balancing, scalability, and resource optimization.
- Lead and support configuration management initiatives, ensuring strict change control and operational consistency across environments.
- Analyze infrastructure usage trends and capacity requirements to plan future expansions and ensure sustainable system growth.
- Implement and enforce security policies, proactively monitor vulnerabilities, and support infrastructure hardening initiatives.
- Conduct performance, load, and stability testing to identify bottlenecks and validate system improvements.
- Maintain detailed, standardized, and up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines for TIC teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
