Job Details

Deep technical expertise in at least two areas: Protein Engineering, Biologics Drug Development, Cell Biology & Neurobiology, or Medicinal Chemistry.
Track record of translating scientific concepts from discovery through to in vivo proof-of-concept or IND.
Experience managing CRO/CDMO or Pharma programmes.
Experience building regulator- or investor-ready data packages.
Highly motivated by unsolved challenges in CNS drug delivery.
Impact-driven mindset with experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and demanding environments.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Clear entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take initiative.
Nice to have: CNS preclinical/clinical drug development experience, single-cell transcriptomic analysis, and target/biomarker identification.
Nice to have: Deep understanding of IP (FTO, patentability) and track record of patents.
Nice to have: Previous biotech founder or C-suite leadership experience.

Refine and complement existing scoping work on the technical thesis for improved BBB drug delivery.
Develop IP strategy, differentiation, and competitive analysis.
Define market value proposition and techno-economics.
Formulate regulatory strategy and positioning.
Develop fundraising strategy and pitch to investors.
Recruit advisory and co-founding team members.
Prepare data packages for the Investment Committee (IC) to secure pre-seed funding.
