Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience programming and administering enterprise, multi-site physical security systems.
- Have 3+ years of experience in a security systems architecture or technical leadership role.
- Hold Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification.
- Have hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting physical security technologies.
- Have project/program management experience, including intake, scoping, and resource allocation.
- Have experience delivering multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Have experience building proofs of concept and making technology selection decisions.
- Have experience mentoring engineers.
- Have studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Own system design and integrations across the security technology ecosystem.
- Evaluate and select technologies, build proofs of concept, and lead adoption of emerging security technologies.
- Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and security and data protection requirements.
- Serve as the primary intake point for Solutions Engineering projects, triaging and prioritizing requests.
- Lead project discovery and scoping, assign projects to Solutions Engineers, and oversee delivery through completion.
- Manage the Solutions Engineering program portfolio, including roadmap, priorities, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Allocate resources, balance workload, mentor engineers, and flag technical, operational, and security risks.
- Architect and maintain integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems, including legacy systems.
- Design ETL workflows and deploy automation to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Lead upgrades, enhancements, and migrations; maintain uptime through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
