Requirements

- Proven end-to-end ownership of a product or business area with measurable impact.
- Strong 0→1 and scaling experience building new products from early stages.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience making decisions under uncertainty.
- Strong operating and execution discipline to translate ambiguity into clear plans.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven products or systems.
- Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset for defining KPIs and diagnosing performance issues.
- Experience building and scaling teams or functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare ecosystems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the new initiative.
- Set goals, KPIs, and operating cadence to ensure consistent tracking and delivery.
- Shape end-to-end member experience from initial interaction through guidance and routing.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to advance decision quality and routing accuracy.
- Track and improve key metrics including adoption, resolution, and client ROI.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Growth, and Commercial teams.
- Communicate status, risks, and accountability to senior leadership.
