Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM testing).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with performance testing concepts.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with Claude.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and application systems.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Perform API testing and validate system integrations.
- Maintain and update test documentation and reports.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA strategy discussions.
