- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients over a short period of time
- Confidence to communicate with buyers and sellers at high levels within third party companies
- Knowledge of the Domain Transfer process and GoDaddy’s Domain Auctions
- Strong customer service and tele sales skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consulting and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at the same time
- Must be result and goal driven
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate domain values to educate both buyers and sellers properly
- Utilize multiple internal and external tools to assist in consulting clientele effectively
- Develop relationships with major players within the Domain Aftermarket industry
- Help improve the Domain Broker Service perception both internally and externally
- Coordinate high dollar client-to-client transactions
- Assist in payment collection and successful domain transfers
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to clientele as the situation requires
- Educate and advise clients on managing a successful domaining business and the services Domain Broker Service offers
- Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the Domain Brokerage process
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships
