Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, NLP, time series).
- Experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale model training and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex models and insights.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Nice to have: German speaking and writing skills on B2+ level.
- Nice to have: Experience with Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale training and deployment.
- Analyze data to assist customers in reducing costs and streamlining processes.
- Communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
