Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, databases, and Git.
- Exposure to Angular or React and Java or Node.js through projects, internships, coursework, or self-learning.
- Strong sense of UI/UX and care about how the product feels.
- Ability to treat AI tools like part of the engineering stack.
- Interest in AI agents, MCP servers, tool calling, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Ability to write good prompts, validate AI output, and manage data sensitivity.
- Basic understanding of OWASP, cloud basics, Docker, CI/CD, or vulnerability scanning.
- Startup energy: ownership, speed, curiosity, and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Build product features using Angular/React and Java/Node.js.
- Apply security-first thinking including auth, permissions, input validation, and secure AI usage.
- Build interfaces that are clean, fast, and intuitive.
- Use AI tools, agents, MCPs, and automation to code, debug, test, and learn faster.
- Experiment with better workflows for development, documentation, testing, and code review.
- Connect AI tools to real systems through APIs, MCPs, and internal tools.
- Review own code and AI-generated code carefully.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and momentum to a small team building real products.
