Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of integration engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
- Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
- Solid SQL and data transformation skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems including ERP, finance, payroll, and supplier networks.
- Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Implement supplier onboarding integrations including supplier master, contracts, and catalog data flows.
- Develop integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes.
- Implement integration security across Coupa endpoints, including OAuth flows, SSO patterns, and certificate-based authentication.
- Profile and optimize integration performance and batch sizing for high-volume scenarios.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design decisions, and runbooks.
- Support production incidents related to Coupa integrations and drive durable fixes.
