Requirements
- Customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- Background in credentialing (considered a plus, not required).
- Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions (highly desirable, not required).
- Ability to work shifts between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
- Ability to work either four 10-hour shifts or an 8-hour shift.
- Kindness, empathy, collaboration, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program.
- Review and process requests submitted by providers to update their information.
- Communicate with providers through email and internal software systems, with occasional phone communication as needed.
- Collaborate closely with team members to move provider requests through various stages of processing and quality assurance reviews.
- Deliver exceptional customer service internally, to providers, and to clients.
