Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-scale consumer products.
- 2+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Java and Golang.
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases in production.
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers across backend, mobile, web, and QA disciplines.
- Drive technical discovery, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services.
- Coordinate project timelines and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Collaborate with architecture teams, engineering managers, and squad leads.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure reliable CI/CD processes and improve development workflows.
