Requirements
- Experience in the development of B2C e-commerce products.
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail industry.
- Strong skills in managing staff, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop methods and promote work standards among employees.
- Strong communication skills to effectively teach and convey messages.
- Experience managing data ingestion, storage, and processing in collaboration with data professionals.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional tech, design, and business teams.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Commitment to a non-hierarchical culture, openness to new ideas, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop product roadmap and define strategic vision driven by overall goals.
- Manage dependencies across functions and identify strategic partnerships.
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead.
- Accountable for product-specific business KPIs and provide regular tracking reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the CPO to establish business value and support customer outreach.
- Conduct release planning and weekly demos with stakeholders.
- Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
