Requirements

  • Experience in the development of B2C e-commerce products.
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail industry.
  • Strong skills in managing staff, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop methods and promote work standards among employees.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively teach and convey messages.
  • Experience managing data ingestion, storage, and processing in collaboration with data professionals.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional tech, design, and business teams.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • Commitment to a non-hierarchical culture, openness to new ideas, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product roadmap and define strategic vision driven by overall goals.
  • Manage dependencies across functions and identify strategic partnerships.
  • Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead.
  • Accountable for product-specific business KPIs and provide regular tracking reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the CPO to establish business value and support customer outreach.
  • Conduct release planning and weekly demos with stakeholders.
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
