Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (implementation, customization, and support).
- Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
- Experience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Good understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and supply chain concepts.
- Familiarity with Microservices and integration platforms (ESB, MQ, API Gateways) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
- Work extensively on backend components, including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., payment, fulfillment, and inventory).
- Perform UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Maintain and enhance existing OMS functionalities and integrations.
